Welcome to the HomePage of the SKEMERs Web Ring. The SKEMERs Ring was formed in September of 1998, with the hopes of joining the group in yet another format. These pages contain information about Stephen King, his works, and his movies, however, they are also personal home pages (and maybe a few businesses too) of SKEMERs around the world. Become A Member of The SKEMERs Web Ring

If you are already a member enter the MEMBERS ONLY Area
The first (and pretty much only) criteria for becoming part of the SKEMERs Web Ring is you must be a SKEMER!
If you aren't, then do not bother to continue.

Below are the steps that need to be followed to join the SKEMERs Web Ring. Please follow them closely to preserve the integrity of the ring!

Add the HTML fragments that you will receive via E-Mail directly to your SKEMERs site.

The HTML fragment MUST be on your home page. Do Not make a user of the ring have to search for the next site in the ring.

Fill out the form below to register your site. Note that this does not insert you in the ring; it simply makes your page known to the SKEMERs Web Ring program and gives you a Site ID Number. The actual insertion is done later.

Register for the SKEMERs Web Ring database.

Password:	Please choose a password. (Don't forget it!!)

Keywords:	Enter up to 20 keywords to describe your site.
Description:	Enter a short description of your site.

After you have added the HTML to your site, e-mail the Ringmaster of the SKEMERs Web Ring and ask to be added to the ring. Be sure to include your Site ID Number. Your page will be looked at to make sure it is worthy of addition and make sure the SKEMERs Web Ring HTML fragment on your page is okay. NOTE: The HTML code will remain inactive until you are moved into the ring. Join the web ring at skemers, it is great fun. Interact with friends and share your passion about games and books by Stephen King.

After checking out your page, the Ringmaster of the SKEMERs Web Ring will take your Site ID Number and use it to add you to the ring. You should receive an e-mail you telling you that your site has been added.

That's it! You should now be able to navigate the entire ring until you make it back to your own page, although it may take a while (eventually). >;-)
