I have included info on the first 1st printing for some of the older books that had a very limited 1st edition although not a true 1st edition if done by a different press in many cases the print runs were small enough to make them collectable.

Salem's Lot:  Doubleday 1975 First edition on CP Date code Q37 on page 439 20,000  $8.95 and $7.95. This book had lots of dust jacket problems and which dj you have will set the price of the book. Ok here goes, 1st it was issued at $8.95 and referred to a Father Cody, it was decided it was to high priced so the clipped the dj and added $7.95 still referred to Father Cody, this one is not as scarce as the 1st one. Then they found the Father Cody mistake and printed new dj to change it to Father Callahan, this is the common one.
Secret Windows:  BOMC 2000 (Also a Stephen King Library release-which is part of BOMC)

An exclusive book not available in stores. Listed at $18.75 with no price on DJ.  There will be no limit to the number of copies that will be made of this book.  They could literally make the same book for 20 years and you would not be able to tell one made now from one made in 2020.  Don't get caught paying more thinking you'll get a first edition.  With a BOMC edition there is NO true first edition.

Six Stories: Philtrum Press 1997 1100 signed copies 900 sold to public $85
Skeleton Crew: Scream Press 1986  17 Presentation copies 8 sold to public, 52 signed #ed lettered leather bound w/skeleton embossed on face, silver printing zippered case gilded in silver, one I would love to see, $350,  1000 signed #ed  slipcased includes "The Revelations of Beka Paulson"  $75

This is by no means a complete list of all King's publications.  This is only his novel size books.  I highly recommend getting on Betts Bookstores mailing list if you want to try to play collecting everything, they always have a large stock and you can use their lists for hunting lists for magazines SK has been in like a game. Also if you see a short story published by itself (like My Pretty Pony) it is most likely some form of a 1st edition or at least a collectable. Please remember I am not a expert, this is a list of info I have gathered and to my knowledge it is true, if you find any errors or can add to the info please hold'em and let me know.

Thanks and have fun hunting,
